TNS Kickball Tournament Refund & Credit Policy

Thank you for choosing to participate in a TNS Kickball tournament. We strive to deliver
high-quality, well-organized events for all players and teams. Please review our official
refund and credit policy below:

No Refunds After Registration

Once a team or player has completed registration and payment for any TNS Kickball
tournament, all registrations are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to schedule
conflicts, injuries, travel issues, or roster changes.

Withdrawal & Credits

If a registered team or player is unable to participate in the tournament for any reason, TNS
Kickball will issue a tournament credit only.
• Credits may be applied toward future TNS Kickball tournaments.
• Credits are non-transferable to other individuals unless approved by TNS Kickball.
• Credits must be used within 12 months of the original tournament date unless
otherwise stated.

Event Cancellations by TNS Kickball

In the rare event that TNS Kickball must cancel or reschedule a tournament (e.g., venue
issues, weather emergencies, or other operational concerns), registered participants will
receive either:
• A full tournament credit for a future event, or
• A full Refund, or
• A transfer into the rescheduled date (if applicable).
